What we did today: Today the students were introduced to the two guiding questions that we will be practicing writing answers for.
They are:
1. Why did farming develop and how did it lead to more complex societies?
2. What role did geography play in the development of early civilizations?
Homework: Students are to read pages 34 - 39 in their textbook and write down details that will help them answer the question "What role did geography play in the development of Mesopotamia?"
